The park has a pool and a clubhouse and some very nice people for neighbors. A lot of Canadians come to Grand Bay for the winter.The home has laminate flooring throughout, washer and dryer, sun room, 2 bedrooms, central air. It sits on a corner lot and the sunroom has one of the best views of the lake in the entire park. You can sit in the sunroom and drink your coffee in the morning and see beautiful birds on the lake.I want to rent it for the"snowbird season"of January, February, and March 2013----3 month minimum.The rent will be $1,050 monthly and you will pay electric, cable and internet if you want that. Water is included in the monthly rent. I am also requiring a $1000 deposit and a $550 non returnable cleaning fee.I am renting the home for JAN., FEB., AND MARCH, 2013-----not interested in renting for any fewer weeks or months, although could possibly rent for a bit longer on either end.I do allow pets in the home as long as they are housetraind and well-behaved. The park limits residents to 2 dogs although size is negotiable. I prefer non-smokers in the home.I have more pics of the place showing the new laminate floors, the new bathroom, and the bedrooms.
