I basically gutted the house, and replaced all the counters with granite, took down a few walls,and put hi hats in the ceilings. We stained all the cabinets in mahogany. Both bathrooms have been tiled in stone. At the time of the photo shoot the master bath was not ready. It is a gorgeous, huge his and hers, all tiled in the same stone as the smaller bathroom, with two of the same mirrors. There is a seperate room for the shower and toilet. The master bedroom has a very large walk in closet, and a mirrored large cabinet type closet.All of the rooms have nice modern flat screen tv's with complimentary cable tv. 2 Dvd players are included, so that you can watch movies. Internet is also included, wireless or wired.All utilities are also included, as well as water and trash.All of the amenities are there, covered carport, complimentary use of the golf cart, modern appliances, central air.The 2 parts that i like the best in this house are: the open layout overlooking the lake. It is very bright, and open, and makes you feel good right away. My house has a lanai, and the only fenced in yard with pavers and a bar-bq. You can sit outdoors in complete comfort. I have an electronic bug zapper, and nice lighting right on the lake. The view of the sunsets are beautiful. Most of the homes don't have a family room, but this house does. It is one of the larger homes in Lake Fairways.If yo do not know Lake Fairways, it is a very beautiful golf resort and community, with great security. 24 hour security guard at the front gate, which leads to a beautiful long driveway into the clubhouse. The clubhouse is huge and has an olympic pool, and jacuzzi. It is heated year round. There is a pro shop, and a restaurant, as well as a nice golf course. A great feature is that you can use the facilities of the sister property next door, without leaving the grounds. They have a great pool, clubhouse, and a nicer restaurant.
